With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, across many gyms and a diverse range of clientele, I have a wealth of knowledge that I am able to provide for my clients or anybody needing help around the gym.
My attention to detail is something I pride myself on as a coach, along with having a deep understanding of what it takes to make the lifestyle or mindset changes that enable progress, so that you can become the very best version of yourself.
Having worked with and knowing some of the best coaches and athletes in the country, I have developed my skill set to be the coach that I am today.
Nobody’s fitness journey is the same, their programming shouldn’t be the same, and progress is not linear.
Not only can I do a great job of fat loss, muscle building and photoshoot prep, I also successfully train semi-professional athletes and individuals with medical conditions including cystic fibrosis and hypermobility. To top it all off, I’m hilarious (my clients would agree)!

Coffee drinker, dog lover, foodie, traveller and Personal Trainer. I have been coaching for just short of 13 years now.
Although I have always been into sports and fitness I personally have had to overcome obstacles. I like many, suffered with body confidence issues, injuries, a lack of self worth, and worst of all the fear of failure. I’ve worked hard to overcome these barriers and still do each and every day. This however put me where I am today, helping and developing others- something that gives me great purpose.
I work with women that suffer with a lack of time, motivation, knowledge, confidence or stress but are ready to change their lifestyle and make a difference. My job is to make you look and feel your best ever whilst educating you on how to maintain it.
My rule of thumb when looking at all the variables is – “not one thing works for everyone and not one thing works forever”

I am Kickboxing World and European Champion and ex professional footballer played in top divisions in Hungary also played for the national teams up to U23. In UK I had trials with West Bromwich Albion, York City FC also Halifax Town. All my life I’ve been professional and worked hard for my goals. Sport taught me respect teamwork and commitment. Unfortunately a serious knee injury and a few operations made me realise I can’t play football forever, but fitness remained my passion.
So I became Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and started changing peoples lives. My goal is to change yours whatever it takes.

The majority of my personality is based around the gym, with aspirations of competing on a body building stage. My personal training journey began in 2008 when even working part-time as PT meant I was able to help so many people. In 2015 I went full time – and never looked back! My passion for fitness knows no limits, and now I’d like to share it with you.

I’ve had a passion for health and fitness from a young age – active in many physical activities including football, cricket and breakdancing. I have also studied martial arts including jujitsu, taekwondo, boxing and kickboxing.
When I first joined the gym I began lifting weights and practising martial arts. The benefits were quick – my confidence fitness, strength and health all increased and I was happier within myself. Exercise works wonders for stress reduction, mental health, physical strength, power, speed and agility. After experiencing this for myself, I love helping others see the same benefits and realise how great exercise is even though it can be tough!

Hey – I‘m Monika!
In 2017 I was a 15 stone heavy girl wearing size 18, drinking wine and partying like crazy every weekend… and pretending it was happiness!!
However in the past few years I have transformed not only my body – but most importantly – my mentality, which is why I became a Personal Trainer.
Working with other PT’s and mentors I have lost nearly 4 stones, attending Powerlifting Competitions and educating myself on Nutrition and Psychology.
After giving birth in 2022 and gaining some weight again, I suffered a lack of confidence and low energy, but I chose to fight and be the right example for my son. So here I am now – maybe not perfect but with a smile, proud and self confident!
I am passionate about helping women believe in themselves – be that fat loss, muscle/strength gain, or simply staying healthy for you and your loved ones!
